About Dr. Eleanor Wint EAW Publications EAW Publications aka Dr Eleanor Wint Blogging does not come naturally. It is a whole new experience after twenty plus years writing. About EAW Publications tells the world in our relaunch! I look forward to this means of communication, as inspirational dialogue where both me and you express ourselves and how we feel. As Dr. Eleanor Wint I come from a life of academia where the written and printed word rules. My latest attachment was to Dalhousie University. Before that I was up north freezing in the cold (-35 outside, Thank Goodness for state of the art heating!!) at University of Northern British Columbia. As my skills in publications improves I will be adding some great books for other authors who have indicated their willingness to be associated with EAW Publications. About EAW Publications! Hailing from Jamaica, family is the key! All my research revolves around the family, their strengths, challenges, problems, losses, gains and on and on. All different types of communities also; rich, poor, closed, informal and on and on. As time passes and children grow ……change. I have had the good fortune to watch my granddaughter grow. She is now at that awesome age of self-definition which is so complex and challenging to all those around her. Her mother often reminds me she is a Pisces for what that is worth. 4 1/2 and looking in the mirror to approve or disprove the hairstyle. The point I am making is that parenting never stops for parents, @Todaysparent We might off load some of the responsibilities but God has given us the responsibility to stay in touch with HIM for guidance. God is my guide in everything that I do. It’s an awesome feeling and one which permits me to think that I can make a difference in people’s lives. The parenting blog is now managed by Gabrielle my daughter November 2015…great accomplishment. God’s guidance. She blogs here as Ggee!
